We teach a variety of Hatha yoga classes, to suit beginners to intermediate, including special classes for men only, back health, gentle/restorative and a more dynamic vinyasa weekend class. All ages welcome, including seniors.

Our Sydney Northern Beaches studio is at Palm Beach above the Boathouse restaurant in Governor Phillip Park.

+ What Yoga classes can you offer for a weekend escape to the Northern Beaches?
Whether you are coming up for a weekend of relaxation and nurturing, a wedding/hens event, a corporate function or a romantic getaway – we can offer private classes for individuals or groups. Come to our studio or we can come to you. You are also welcome to join our scheduled classes.
+ What times do you teach?
We have scheduled morning classes 5 days a week, and we are available to offer private classes for groups or individuals 7 days a week at a time to suit you. For privates, contact the teachers directly by mobile or email to discuss details.
